Emails Using Addresses

I'm using O2003. When I sent emails I like to personalize them so I
need to copy the Full Name, title, Company and address into my email.
I have two questions.

Is it possible that when I click on New Message it automatically adds
the Full Name, title, Company and address into the email. Adding the
dat would also be a plus.

What i did in the interim is create a Combination Field (text). I used
these values int he field and then copy the data into the email. Its
easier, but it seems until I edit the name of the person I keep getting
an ERROR in the field. Since I have close to 15,000 contacts, it might
take awhile.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using a Word/Outlook mail merge for this purpose?

Thank you for your email. I use Outlook/Word all the time to mail
merges using both Plain Text and HTML. It works fine with no problems.

It would be nice just to click the "New Message" button and have the
message already populated with the date, contact info and salutation
and I can then enter the body of the email and use my signatures for
closing. That doesn't work so I was trying the Combination field of
clicking on "New message" and copying and pasting the introduction.
This seems easier for sending quick emails than merging through Word
and running through the steps of the mail merge.

Thank you.
