emails that disappear

Does anyone know if Outlook would have a folder where
emails would be backed up when another program updates on
the computer. My online services has a "Medic" program
that repairs Outlook Express settings and apparently has
a glitch where ALL emails or folders created from a
specific date forward are deleted. I was hoping there
might be a folder somewhere on the computer where this
info is stored.

RR Medic is not a good program to use. It causes more problems than it
solves. I was advised by a RR support tech not to use it.

Outlook and Outlook Express are two entirely different programs. However,
for both, the answer would be "no, there is no such folder." Windows has no
automatic backup feature.
