Just bought a new laptop with Vista and I'm using Windows Mail. Sometimes in
the middle of typing an email it automatically sends by itself. I'm as
positive as I can be that I'm not accidentally hitting any key combinations
to cause this like, "alt+s. Can anybody help?

I don't suppose you have a n F key or similar that is assigned to send email?
I can't think of any other possibilities. Maybe you should take a
speed-typing class (a little humor). Good luck!

I have the exact same issue it happens all the time..... everyone thinks it
is me but it is this stupid computer.... I also have issues when I am typing
the curser will jump back to other areas in the email .... Can anyone help us!

A recent version of the Trend antivirus program also causes assorted
problems in Windows Mail. I'd recommend antivirus programs known
not to cause such problems in Windows Mail, such as avast! or AVG,
either one with a custom install that tells it to leave out the part that
scans email. Avoid having more than one antivirus program installed
at a time, since that tends to cause problems.

The Norton and McAfee antivirus programs don't clean up properly
after an uninstall. You need to run the separate cleanup programs
offered for them:

Some spyware also causes problems, so I'd recommend installing both
of these antispyware programs and running a full scan with these also:

You're probably accidentally hitting Alt-S.

Doesn't sound like a Windows Mail problem. It probably is a
hardware or driver problem. If the computer is under warranty,
the repair service should fix it for free.
