Emails have gone slow using a wireless belkin network and outlook

My emails are very slow to down load using a wireless belkin network, can
anyone please suggest away of speeding it up.

i have already tried to disable the tcp auto tuning, but this had not helped
 
And it goes fast when you are connected by wire?

No surprise.

You haven't specified any Outlook configuration information so it is
impossible to offer any specific recommendations.
 
Sorry you are speaking to a complete luddite. I am connected via PPPoa
through outlook 2007 (POP3) via a wireless network. It was working fine until
2 weeks ago now it's extremely slow. Unfortunately i do not have a wire to
connect it.
