This is only happening with one particular individual, so I'm assuming
it's something configured on her Outlook/Office and not a real problem.
She's running Outlook XP and emails coming from Russian addresses do
not display in her Outlook. They show empty messages. She must go
through a webmail application to be able to see them. What settings or
config can I check on her Outlook, Office or PC to see why this might
happen?
