Emails automatically go to the delete folder. We have check for rules applied
to the email, the junk and adult senders list. We have checked all the
scenarios and even had the local Microsoft vendor look at the problem. Does
anyone have a suggestion? We are running Windows 2000 SBS with terminal
services and Exchanges server.

You have some application integrated with Outlook that is doing it. Outlook
itself won't do that.

We are very careful about the applications that are loaded on the servers.
The only applications that could remotley be possible canidates would be some
conferencing application we have loaded during Microsoft Business Application
Seminars (Great Plain Conferences). Otherwise we have the Office suite, Misys
HealthCare, Norton Virus, and SQL. Got any possible ideas.

My guess would be the HealthCare or NAV software, if they're tied into
Outlook or Exchange.
