Emailing to a fax number

That requires an email to fax service. Press CTRL+SHIFT+X in the main
Outlook window to start settings things up.
 
Depends on the method you are using. Use canonical format when using a fax
service integrated with Outlook. Use one-off format for programmatic faxing.
