Can anyone tell me why I cant send photos from my pictures via email?

I can select the photos choose for windows to resize them, then nothing, it
just says page cannot be displayed.
I have used'My Pictures' In XP to resize and send photos for years now
Nothing!

I have Hotmail set as my default.
???

I can't help, but I am having the very same problem. It all started about a
week ago, I also been sending pic's this way, every since I have had XP
anyway. I hope someone can help. Windows XP must be messed up?

Hello Vicki,

If it's showing a "page cannot be displayed" error then it's having trouble
communicating/launching the Hotmail site. One thing to try is to open your
Hotmail account seperately and try attaching a picture to a message.

Let us know how that goes.

Hello Gregg,

I have no problem opening Hotmail and attaching a photo, it just doesnt work
from 'My Pictures' anymore!

I now also have a problem viewing some of my photos 'My Pictures' it says
access denied?

Any ideas?

Hi Vicki,

Well, the first thing I would recommend is to make sure you have all updates
to the OS, including Internet Explorer. Just go to Windows Update and get
all patches.

Next, if you still are seeing problems sending photos to the email client
from Explorer, open Internet Options, set the email client to something
else, OK, then set back to Hotmail. Also, try just opening IE, click
File->Send->Link by email.

Let us know how that goes.

Thanks,
