Emailing out of Access 2000

Could anyone advise if it is possible to email out of
Access 2000. I have a field with email addresses and
would like to click and have it bring up Outlook,
populate the Outlook address field and send. This
function is built in to canned CRM's like ACT. Any help
would be appreciated
 
Yes, that is possible.
But it requires some programming behind an Access form (in Visual Basic). If you are prepared for that, jump over to the discussion named "Access Forms Coding". There are a few references to Outlook, emailing, and Access.
