I have a .pst file set up with folders and sub-folders. I would like to email
a sub folder to another user on the network. Can you tell me how? The only
way I have come up with is to open the subfolder, click on a file, press
Ctrl+A to select the contents of the folder, Click on Forward on the toolbar.
A new email opens and the files are all attached. Is there a better way?
THANKS!!

If I had to do this, I'd create a new PST, copy the subfolder to it, close
the PST, stop Outlook, rename the PST to .PSX (or something), start Outlook
and mail the PST to the other person as an attachment. They can save the
attachment, rename it back to .PST and open in Outlook with
File>Open>Outlook Data File
