Emailing direct from folder

The feature that allows you to Email directly from the folder of images no
longer gives me the "make images smaller" feature. I need this badly. I
can still Email this way, but need to have the ability to make images
smaller.

Click start, run, then type in REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL click ok
(DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded.)
