Emailing a Worksheet

Is it possible to email a single worksheet in such a way that th
recepient can make changes to the worksheet and send it back to me? I
so, can I then replace the existing worksheet with the revise
worksheet I receive back? Thanks for any help. (I'm looking to avoi
having to send an entire workbook
