emailing a merged word doc

I have made labels in word from a merge. I need to email the word doc of
labels to someone but when they open it they are only getting the first page
of labels. They do not have the data source ( excel sheet ) that i merged
from. How do I save this so that all the pages get to her?
 
It sounds as if you have not completed the merge using "Merge to New
Document." When you do that, you'll get a document you can save and email.
