Hello there

I have created a form using text, drop down and check boxes for equipment
requests. I wanted users to be able to access the form and send via email
without having to attach it. I protected the form, filled in all the fields
and sent a test using the email button on the toolbar. The form arrives
however, some of the information is missing from the text and drop down
fields and there is nothing coming through from the check boxes

Can anyone help??? Thanks in advance

Hi =?Utf-8?B?Y2hlcnls?=,

If you used the Forms toolbar, then you must send the document as an
attachment. Email is HTML format; form fields are Word-document specific.

If you're using the Web Tools toolbar, then you need to ask in an Outlook
newsgroup what you have to do to make them work correctly in Email. Be sure to
mention which VERSION of Email you have. Note also that what works in your
Email program may not work in your recipients'!
