A couple of weeks ago, my Windows XP Express Outlook
function ceased to recieve or transmit email.
Conversation with my provider resulted in deleting and re-
entering mail settings a couple of times. They reported
that everything appeared normal at their end. I returned
the machine to the store where I purchased it in late
December '03, but they could find no evidence of any
virus or other malfunction. When I attempt to send an
email, the system simply disconnects me from my provider.
No email arrives. Can anyone suggest a possible solution?
