hi
I am new to this and have done everything i have been asked,i have come to
send an email and a b ox pops up saying user and password,i enter them and it
just keeps asking me for them.
 
When that prompt for username/password keeps coming up, click Cancel.
That should produce an error message. Right-click on your error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

Also, which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.
