Depends upon how long you have had your MSN account. There was talk of
stopping all hotmail and MSN accounts from being downloaded via Outlook or
Outlook express. However, for those users who have had there accounts for a
while the ruling was relaxed (only new accounts are subject to this
restriction). If you have had your account for some years then you should be
able to use Outlook express to download the mail from the msn server.
Obviously you will need to set up the account in outlook express, but that
is easy enough.
