Our office uses WP and OE 6. Recently half of our users lost the ability to see their email messages. All of the emails are listed as before but the body on all of them is blank. When they open each email the message is gone.

We need help to solve this asap.

Go to: Start>Run>Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: OK. {Note
the space after 32}.

I don't know how you are networked. This is a common problem and the
fix works for stand alone computers. It should work for you, but I
don't know if you have to do this for all the computers, or just the
main one. You'll have to figure that part out.
