I have a member table, which includes the member's email
address. Is there a facility which will let me run a
query, or something, linking straight to Outlook, or
another email program and send a bulk posting to all
members. Apparently I have to be careful not to include
everybody else's email address in the message.

All help gratefully received.

Do a mail merge from a Word document using your Access db as your data
source. You can select only the recipients you want to email.
