Email Word Document with Pictures

I have created a letterhead Word document that I attempted to email to
others. The logo does not send with the document. I attempted to group the
picture with the text box hoping this would fix, but all that shows is the
placeholder for the picture - the text box displays fine - no picture.
Suggestions?

I think this is probably because it's looking for the picture on your
machine, which it won't find, you need to send the logo as a seperate item as
well as the doc.

And even if you do send the picture, chances are that most recipients will
have their mail readers configured to view as plain text and thus won't see
it anyway.
