email won't open

I got the following error message when I was trying to
open my email:

The connection to the server has failed.
Account: 'mstar', Server: 'mail.MSTAR2.NET', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061,
Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Can anyone help me?

Never mind. I rebooted my computer and now it works.
