email with .txt attachment

Hello

Hello

I am receiving emails with .txt atachment. The
attachments contains same message as in email body it
self. nothing is changed on my computer. any help is
appreciated.

That's an issue for the sender, not the receiver. If you want it to stop,
tell the people writing to you to stop sending attachments.

Actually, there is more to it that the sender. The server can do it and it's
not uncommon for Outlook to do it when it's up and running for long time -
restarting outlook fixes it, however messages that already have the
attachments will keep them.
