email with advanced html

is there anyway to send an email which besides its content being like a
web page, it has kind of push buttons inside it in email content so the
reader can click on button and then go for example to a specific web
site? In other words can I mass forward an html email which has
graphical select buttons? Please advise.

Open a new (html-) mail. Then go to

Insert | File

select the html-file (*.html, *.htm) and click to the little arrow near
the insert-button and select "Insert as text".
