P paul Jul 5, 2008 #3 i have 4 emails unable to delete them it keeps coming up with a error message which is a "unkown error has occured" i have tried moving them to a new folder that does not work , they will not move

G Gary VanderMolen Jul 5, 2008 #4 Apply this Microsoft fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090 Although it only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders. Note that this problem often occurs after running a non-compatible antivirus program for a while.
