I notice a strange function. Whenever I send an email, in the bottom it shows
"sending 2 mails whereas I was transmitting only one". I am afraid if there
is a corruption or someone else has tampered with my email settings and get
copies of my emails. I am really worried that someone may be receiving my
mails and following my business correspondence? Please help

Have you tried looking at the Rules to see if there is a rule that sends
a copy of what you sent somewhere?
