Email stuck in Outbox for 11 months, how do i delete?

Using microsoft outlook 2003 and have a large file that is stuck in outbox
and will not delete, send itself, allow itself to be moved/dropped into a
deleted folder, etc.

I called roadrunner CC and they could not get it to delete by going into

tools....options....email options....and unchecking the 'send messages
immediately' box.

Any idea how i can delete this large 47MB file? it prevents any other emails
i send from leaving the outbox for a full day or more.
