Is there a way to have the microsoft outlook automatically configure itself
like the server and username by itself. Like how in windows 2000 you can user
the
%username% and it will get the username who is logged in. Can i do something
like this? Or how do i do it so email will set itself up by who is logged in?

You could try profgen
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;182035) or one of
the others like that.
