Email sent to wrong address

I sent an email to the wrong address and it keeps trying to send and then I
keep getting the mail daemon, can not send, how do I stop this email

Delete the message from your Outbox folder.

If the mail is in your outbox, delete it. You may have to force the client
offline, even by unplugging the network cable, to do this.
