Email Send Error

With no changes made on my computer, Whenever I try to send an email using my account with Internet Explorer, I am getting this message
The message could not be sent because the serve
rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender'
e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Test'
Account: 'pamca mail at CFAITH', Server
'smtp.cfaith.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response
'530 Authentication required', Port: 25, Secure(SSL)
No, Server Error: 530, Error Number: 0x800CCC7

Can anyone advise me on how to follow up on this? Is this due to a needed update I need to download? thank you
