Hi,

I require some assistance here with regards to my emails.

I suspect that my emails have been read from another PC
setting up an account in Outlook with my password. I am
not allowed to change my password nor am I allowed to use
my personal email for business correspondence.

Is there a way I can prevent or block any emails to be
downloaded to another person's PC other then my own piece
of hardware?

Many thanks

Regards

Hi Issac

I doubt there is any method to do that on the client-side, and you may need
to contact your server administrator to change your password.

Using your real email address in newsgroup posts just destroys any security
you may have implemented. Create a fake one.

Any un-encrypted e-mail can be read from any servwr it is sent
through. this means that if your e-mail takes 20 hops to get from the
sender to you, It can be read 20 times. E-mail was never designed with
security in mind.
