Hi

I use an email rule in Outlook Express which states "if the recipient
address does not contain XXXXXX, do not download it from the server"

I cannot seem to replicate this rule in outlook - the same options are
not available as far as I can see.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Many thanks

Mark F

What version of Outlook? In recent versions you can use the whitelisting in
the Junk Mail filtering to manage something similiar. It'll still download
the message but at least you won't have to see it;.

Seperate mailboxes are about the best thing in this scenario. Not sure if
that's possible for you but I highly recommend them. I've noticed that the
multiple addresses into a single POP3 mailbox seems to be big in the UK,
though.

You see very well. Outlook doesn't have that ability.
