Email Problems

I have just set up my email account as a new user in Outlook and it will not
allow messages to send or receive. I keep getting an error message
0x8004210B. The server was not able to assist me with this. Can you help?
 
Sounds like an error in the pop server names or your server settings. Get the
correct settings from your ISP. If you have Outlook Express set up correctly,
try importing the mail settings into Outlook. PS You need to mention what
version of Outlook and what email provider for more help.
 
HELP --Same problem AFTER I imported mail settings from OE 6, and checked
settings in Outlook -- the "test" feature showed AOK but again the error
message when I try to send/receive. The OE account works fine.
