Email Problems

Another problem is on our desktop computer we can leave the email minimised
and still receive email. On my laptop I am having problems with, if I
minimize email it deactivates after awhile. I have windows 7 by the way.

You were either using a different email program or a third party program
that does this.
 
There is no Windows 7... Vista is Version 6.0

Do you mean Internet Explorer 7?
Are you accessing webmail?

Vista is Windows 6.
