email problems

when i want to type email i cant put anything in text area it will let me put
email address in and type in subject box my isp said it is down to microsoft
any ideas

Could your text have somehow been set to white? Try and type something and
then drag your mouse across it to highlight the text.

Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties window
you will see these Options:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs
| Advanced .
Click on Security Tab and highlight the glob then click Custom Level Button
and set the Security to Medium.
Then click on Privacy tab and make sure the Pop-Up is set to medium High.
Click [OK] when done to close the IE Properties and Hit F5 to refresh.

tried this nass, did twice incase we did it wrong, still nothing. It also
wont let us select fore colour, size etc etc or anything, any more ideas???
