When I try to respond to certain email recipients (yahoo, aol, and others),
it goes into the outbox, leaves and goes into sent , and then I get a popup
stating:

Email problem

One or more e-mail messages cannot be sent.

I try to resend and get the same results. Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After you verify the format of your recipient addresses, McAfee recommends
that you resend those messages from your e-mail program.

After you verify the format of your recipient addresses, McAfee recommends
that you resend those messages from your e-mail program.

Have you tried sending mail to those same addresses some other way,
such s the webmail many internet providers offer? Did the mail then
go through? The error message indicates the email addresses might
not be correct.

Norton antivirus programs tend to cause various problems in Windows
Mail, although seldom immediately, and need to be uninstalled (not
just disabled) to stop them from causing problems. So do most such
programs from McAfee and a recent one from Trend.

You might want to replace the Norton program with either avast! or
AVG, either one preferably with a custom install that tells it to leave
out the part that scans email.

Your problem is called McAfee. It should not be messing with your email.
You will have to uninstall it before any other underlying problem can be
detected and resolved.
