email pictures

Could someone please explain to me why all of a sudden I can't send a
picture anymore. I don't get a error message, it just don't attach it self. I
have a desk top, and I run windows xp. thank you Betty
 
Are you talking about pictures in HTML messages or attached pictures?
Tools, Options, Send tab, HTML Settings, check Include pictures with
messages.

Your question is off topic here, as WinXP does not have ANY mail
handling facilities built into it.

I suggest you ask in a group related to whatever email program you are
using.
