email outlook not sending

I get this message if i try to send an email.


The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(persons email goes here) on 03/15/2005 9:37 AM
550 relay not permitted

Im using Outlook Microsoft Outlook 2002 with Xp i have updated office to
service pack 3.

Are you trying to send using an smtp server which does not belong to
your ISP?
 
Having the same problem as Aimee. When I try the test function it runs
through perfect. I also can send an e.mail to my self, but everyone els no
go. I get same message as Aimee from the systemadministrator.

Hope someone can help.
