How do I prevent someone from knowing that I open their
email? Most of our employees have this feature turned on
so that they get a recept as soon as it's open and I would
like to know if there is a way to prevent my employees
from knowing when I open their emails?

Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Tracking Options>Never send a response.
