email not working

I cant send or receive I get error message: The connection to the server has
failed. Subject 'Imaging', Account: '995', Server: '465', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E.
Can anyone help? I am using DSL for internet.
 
Most of your mail account settings, like server name, port number,
and SSL status are wrong. Your ISP has the correct settings here:

In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Accounts, select the account,
Properties, and make appropriate changes on the Servers
and Advanced tabs.
