Email mysteriously is stuck in my outbox. Can someone help me ple

I did not change a thing. Just noticed today that I could send email and it
is stuck in my outbox. I tried one of the links suggested to unblock but it
did not help. Everything was fine and now this please any advice for a
frustrated person would be greatly appreciated. I have tried all the options
with webmail help and still nothing.
 
For a stuck message in the outbox, try WMUtil:

If you tried it and it failed, many people are overlooking this part of the
directions:
"If WinMail is closed and these buttons still remain disabled, then perform
a CTRL-SHIFT-ESC, and under Processes find WinMail.exe and click on it,
and then click the End Process button."
