email multiple accounts

In outlook, how do I switch between identities? In my
old outlook express, I could go to the File drop down
menu and there would be an optioin salled "switch
identities". I can't find that in Outlook

Outlook doesn't have "identities", it has "profiles". Profiles are defined
in the Mail applet of Control Panel. You switch between them by enabling
the option in Control Panel to ask which profile you want and then choose
the proper one when starting Outlook.

However, your subject says "accounts". A single profile in Outlook can
handle multiple accounts. Why don't you describe your goal so that the best
advice can be given?
