ANYONE WHO CAN HELP PLEASE!!!!
I was clearing down my hard drive and accidentaally did the following>

Deleted my sent box from the hard drive

Because it was too big for the recycle bin, they have been deleted fro
the hard drive

It contains a whole year of important info

I am obviously on Windows XP Home Edition

I am quite desperate, so if anyone out there can help, it would b
appreciated

It's gone! However you may still be able to recover it using Data
Recovery software. When files are deleted they actually still exist on
the drive unless overwritten. Using (undelete) data recovery software
you can find and recover files that are listed as "good condition".
Prices can range from $100 (US) to several thousand depending upon the
quality and complexity of the application.
