Email messages

Hi there..
I really need some help ASAP.

A while ago I copied all my email messages / folders onto a CD and the only way it would save them onto a CD was to save them as a .DBX file. Anyway, that's all fine, but now, my system crashed and I lost everything so I'm wanting to copy those emails off the CD back into Outlook Express and I just can't do it. I've searched under help etc. and it isnt coming up with anything.

Please help me

Have you tried the Import function on the file menu.??

I must admit it's not something I've tried with Outlook Express, I know it
works with backups made using MS Outlook.
