Email messages being moved to Delete Folder

I am having the problem where all my incoming messages are being moved to
the Delete folder. I know I must have done something to cause this but have
been unable to find it.
I am using Outlook 2003 with Word as my email editor.

Does anyone know how I can correct this?

Did you look in the Rules wizard?
