Do my email messages that I've saved appear anywhere as files? Can I find
them using Windows Explorer?

Depends on how you saved them. If you dragged them out of Outlook to a
Windows folder, then yes. If you moved them to another Outlook folder, then
no.

I checked out your link, but when I looked for the pst file under
/Microsoft/Outlook, I couldn't find it. I'm trying to find the group of
emails I dropped into the Personal Folders folder so that I can select them
all again and move them back to my Inbox.
