email messages are gone! HELP!!

Hi,

I had about 2500 email messages in my inbox and I went to
do a search (Find) for a particular email. My Outlook
Express just froze after about 30 seconds so I did a End
task from the Task Manager and this closed the find
window and my Outlook Express. When I brought it back up
I had lost all my inbox messages from the last 15 months.

I even tried a system restore and this did not bring back
my messages. Is there anyway I can get my email messages
back?

The ironic thing is my deleted email is still in the
deleted items window. (my sent messages are also still
there)
