I travel frequently and it is helpful to my email recipents to know where I am located. Currently when I construct an email I type my current location, current date, and current day at the top of the email e.g.

Can via VBA a series of combo/text/list boxes be displayed where I can pick the location, date and date, without physically typing it into every email?

Outlook 2003.

Thanks.

Yes, most likely. See http://www.outlookcode.com for some possible coding
solutions.
