I am using Outlook XP (Office XP Pro) on a W2k Pro system, networked to
Exchange 2000. Everything was working fine, oneday I opened an email and
noticed that the main menu items, (File, Edit, Insert, Tools, Forms, Layout
and Help) were grayed out. They never used to be and I checked another user
on the network and his were fine. This is the case for any email I open, old
or new. What has caused this effect and how can it be rectified?
