I have a table with individual names and their email
address. Does anyone know how to make a distribution list
like in Outlook from this table? If so, could you share
that info?

Will their email addresses from a certain criteria show up
in the to section?

You can use an Access table in a Word Mail merge. If you
have Word 2002 (XP) or 2003, you can create a mass email
using an Access table using the Word Mail merge feature.
