Email is not working in imap folder

my email on imap.telus.net is working and I don't know how to contect it to
my service provider.

Is telus.net your internet provider? If not, any connections that use
port 25 are likely to be blocked as they cross from one internet
provider to another.

You'll probably have to ask telus.net how to set up to use their
email servers.

If you have someone else as your internet provider, it's probably
worthwhile asking them how to set up to use their email servers
also.

You can have more than one email account under Windows
Mail, but expect all the incoming mail to go into one Inbox.
